This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions and sets out how purchases and refunds are handled on Studio 92, a service operated by 92Learns (the 92Learns and Creative Studio brand).
30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every course and bundle. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order completion date. No reason is required.
By completing a purchase you confirm that you are aware you have 30 days from the order completion date to cancel or apply for a refund.
How refunds work
- Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
- Approved refunds are returned in full to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of approval.
- When a refund is issued, access to the refunded course or bundle ends.
How to request a refund
Email us at info@92learns.com within 30 days of your order completion date. Include the email address used at checkout and the name of the course or bundle purchased so we can locate your order. You can also request a refund directly through the Paddle receipt email you received for your purchase.
